Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Stykz Golf, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges and warranties.

1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product you purchase from us has a major fault (i.e. it is significantly different from its description, unsafe, or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time), you are entitled to choose a replacement, repair or refund.
If a product has a minor fault, we will repair or replace the item (or issue store credit) within a reasonable time.

For customers in the UK/EU, your statutory distance-selling rights apply.
For customers in the USA, we comply with any mandatory consumer protection requirements.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchange or store credit only (no refunds), except where a refund is required by law.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

3. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item:

  • Please contact us at support@stykzgolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

4. Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at support@stykzgolf.com with your order number, details of the item and reason for return.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorisation and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange, store credit or refund (where applicable) within 7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless faulty)

6. Warranties

6.1 Golf Equipment

We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment.

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects (shafts, clubheads, grips, assembly).
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.

6.2 Apparel & Accessories

  • Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.

6.3 Warranty Claims

  • Email us at support@stykzgolf.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.
  • We will assess your claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund where legally required.
  • Return shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Stykz Golf.

7. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved (required by law or agreed by us):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit.

8. International Returns

  • International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable by Stykz Golf. Please contact your local customs office for potential recovery options.
