Christian Small is a PGA of Australia Advanced Accredited coach with over 20 years in the industry. He spent six years as Head Teaching Professional at The Lakes Golf Club in Sydney — a host venue for seven Australian Opens — and has coached winners across four worldwide PGA tours, including time as a tour club fitter on the Korn Ferry Tour and LPGA. Now teaching at Bonnie Doon Golf Club, Christian founded Momentum Golf and developed the Layered Learning system to help golfers of all levels build a swing they can own and rely on.

Luke Grinham is a PGA professional and South Coast/ACT Regional Manager for GolfNSW and Jack Newton Junior Golf. He earned a Bachelor of Business in Professional Golf Management from Campbell University in North Carolina and went on to serve as Director of Golf at two large US facilities before returning to Australia in 2008. Luke joined JNJG in 2013 and was named PGA NSW/ACT High Performance Coach of the Year at the 2025 NSW Golf Industry Awards — recognition of his decade-plus commitment to developing junior and competitive golfers across the region.
